1. You cannot be under 15 years old. You  have to  be  able  to  understand  English.

2. One account per member : Every member is only allowed  to  have  one  account.

3. Referral levels & compensation : Current commission  rates  are  always   posted
    on the Power2Click website.The  number  of  your direct  referrals  is  not  limited.  You
    may refer as many people as you can to join Power2Click.

4. Anti SPAM Policy: You agree not to send unsolicited bulk e-mail messages  using
    our Service or mentioning  e-mail  address  or  URL that is maintained on  Power2Click
    server. Such action will result in  immediate  termination of your account.

5. Privacy  :  Power2Click will  never  sell  or  rent  your  name, e-mail  address,   physical
    address and any other identifying information to any third party.

6. Accurate information : You agree not to provide false or misleading   information
    on the Service sign up  form.This  includes, but  is  not  limited  to  providing  false
    name or e-mail address.

7. Closing accounts  :  Power2Click  reserves  the  right  to  immediately  terminate   your
    account  without  prior  notice  and  forfeit  your  commissions  for  any  of   these
    reasons :

- Opening multiple Power2Click accounts.
- Any kind of fraudulent activity.
- Sending unsolicited email or posting referral links on websites where they are not
   permitted.
- Any violations of this Service Agreement.

8. Disclaimer of warranties : You agree to  use  Power2Click at  your  own  risk. Power2Click, its 
    administrators, partners, and  sponsors  cannot  be held liable for any damage or
    loss that may occur from the use of Power2Click services.
